The Offer: 40.2 Billion Dollars

The Deal: The usage of various intersolar ships, crews and workers to help us establish a self sustaining complex on the Moon, on Mars and in the Astroid Belt.

The Compitition: Who ever helps us to establish the various complex's on the 2 planets and the astroid belt doth get the Prize of 40.2 billion dollars and prefered usage (Ie: very little fee for using it) of the incredible (fast) Inner System transportation system that these Complex's will enable us to establish.

The Challange: The Complex's must be to our exact Design Detail. Any variation without informing us will result in the explusion of the offending party from the Compitition.
