We understand that in past elections there have been various schemes and ploys to shift the vote one way or another. Alas we are merely humans but as the Chamberlain it is my utmost duty to prevent such interferences. Good luck to all."

In the great Council of the Universal Church, we all affirmed that he's the true successor of St. peter.

So the only Pope I'll recognize in the NS word is the Pope of the real world.

Historically, probably a legacy of the Roman structure.
This Mormon "Living Prophet" idea is not exactly unlike how the Papal system operates.

1. Poll doesn't work for me.
2. Let's agree to stick with the decisions of the church council in Pantocratoria, ie. John Paul remains Pope and all the rest are false Popes.
3. Let's stop mixing game characters and RL people when it does come time to hold an election.
