Let me just say that state sponsored revenge isn't my thing.

While we do have a form of capital punishment, it's used only in the rarest cases where extremely violent criminals simply cannot be returned to society. While it is abhorrent that such things are sometimes necessary, we have to take the reality of the safety of the greater populace both in physical safety and economic safety.

Being a colony for an extended period of time with resource crises doesn't make one overly compassionate towards those take up resources yet are utterly useless--nay, detrimental--to the continued operation of the society as a whole.

I think I will humour this. Here's how it's done in Seck'Sapeel:

If you are caught commiting a crime, then you deserve to be killed for being so weak in getting caught.

If you plan on eradicating a rival house, then not one single noble must be left alive of that house. Once all nobles are killed, then their house is considered never to exist in the first place, thus: no crime. However, if there are survivors, then they have the right to appeal, where the entire city-state may obliterate the instigating house.

I think that's the closest thing we have to capital punishment. Any other form of government-dealt killing is to reduce the number of weak Drow in our city-state.

In Letila, it simply doesn't pay to commit murder. Communities are small and it isn't hard to figure out who did it. There are a number of ways for dealing with such acts, mainly throwing people out. A murder is generally seem as a sign that something is wrong and the reasons for it are investigated to find ways of improving Letila.

The Proleterian Commonwealth has no prisons since there is no crime...so for us there is no recognisable capital punishment.
The Great Leader of the Commonwealth doe's have the rights to sign warrants for dealing with any political problems though. Any rebel leaders body is normally left outside the gate of his community so that others can see that he has died of perfectly natural causes.
Transnapastain

Only in cases of extreme brutality, the government may hand the sentencing to the victim or victim’s family, and then carried out by the government.

Prison conditions in Transnapastain are a bit different from other nations. While low and mid level offenders are housed in your typical jails, those sentenced to life for the crimes of Rape, Murder, or treason are placed in a walled and guarded compound roughly a mile in area. There are automated fences along the perimeter and guards along the 25 foot high walls, a small river flows through the compound, the prisoners are forced to fend for themselves, seeking shelter in dwellings built by their own hand, from the scrap metal, cardboard and trash provided by the Sanitation department, and living off the left over food form participating restaurants, This area is known as "Feld der Hölle" or "Field of Hell" If someone kills you inside the FOH, too bad, that’s your own fault. It’s kind of a social experiment. There is no chance for release; there is no law there. They do not receive any care from the government, and there are no rights there. This may seem barbaric, and indeed it may be, however, the Crime rate in Transnapastain, as shown in resent polls, is second to known in our region and only 3,000 in the world, this truly does deter capital crimes
