How do you buy things?

If i wanted to buy 100 M-16s from Mr.Man for $10 each. Would I simply say so, send him a telegram that said "here's $1,000" and then Mr.Man would send me a telegram saying "here's 100 M-16s"

I have looked around for a "how to" thing but haven't found one.

Either a TG, or a post in the storefront thread.
