OOC: Leaving NS, caretaker needed

Alright, it has become quite apparent that given the amount of projects I have going (metal gear 2 remake, webcomic, college), NS is not exactly a practical allocation of my time, so I am giving away my nations. I have two nations, The New Russia and New Russia 2067, which I would like t oleave in trustworthy hands.
Anybody who would like to take control of these nations, post here and I will perform a background check to make my descicison.
