Find a GDP calculator, you'll probably find one in the Newbies Help Sticky. Once you have your GDP find a storefront (a thread directed toward selling stuff) or ask nations in a thread to buy weapons. This is all freeform RP and there is no real way to do it, you just pretend.

1) Wait two RL months
2) Use proper grammer, capitalization, etc., because nobody will sell weapons of mass destruction to anyone who says "hey i want some nukes can u give me some nukes cause i wanna go to war and kill people".
3) Look for someone willing to sell weapons to you.
4) Don't buy "43532896073067320570823703825 n00kZ!1!!!11", buy "[Insert reasonable number here] nuclear weapons".
5) Don't go nuke-crazy, you'll just get your ass whipped.
I have just started making my own. That nuclear arsenal is lookin pretty good hahahahaha :twisted: :twisted:
