Would Former Mordorians accept the placing of a small security force of only 250 (max) soldiers in or around the Embassy? It is a preference of Falastur to keep a security force around the residence of any Ambassador. While Falastur tends to be placid, and devoid of large hostilities, some of the cities where our Embassies are placed have been known to be troublesome and threatened.....

That would indeed be most apt. Trimensional communication is the foremost method of communication in existance... well, except holography, but the difference in resolution is negligable.

At any rate, specialists from the Imperial Diplomatic Corps would be quite happy to install a unit hooked into the Imperial Diplomatic Comms Mesh at a time of your choosing, in a place of your choosing.
