Write everything you buy in a notepad file, and just figure about 5-15% (however much you want) out of your GDP ([http://www.pipian.com/stuffforchat/gdpcalc.php?nation=Pwnica
Here, just replace "Pwnica" with your nation name) and make sure you don't spend over it.
The rest is up to you.

Use this to find out your GDP and national budget. (http://www.pipian.com/stuffforchat/gdpcalc.php?nation=morlantis)

Then keep track of your military in a notepad document.

Pwnica, you don't use 5-15% of your GDP on military! You do 5-15% of your budget on it. Your GDP is much higher than your budget.

Er, actually you can get your military budget and stuff told for you..

http://www.pipian.com/stuffforchat/gdpcalc.php?nation=morlantis&randomize=10&defenseprovided=1&defense=15&militarybudget=1&defense1

I took the liberty of doing it for you, but if you want to lower the percentage of GDP spent on military, just change 15 to something else. (Being the defense=15&militarybudget) All you have to do is change the 15 to somethin else..but yeah. :)

I know it does it for you... I was just making it simpler.

There's an Excel spreadsheet taht keeps track of your military numbers. You just plug in your population and the percentage in the military and it figures out the rest. You can easily customize it by changing the percentage of military in each branch, and in each part of each branch...

Just send a telegram if you have Excel and want the sheet...
