To answer your questions :

What do I do actually?

Whatever you want. No one's gonna tell you how to run your country.

Do we have different cities in our nation?

If you want. Little too early for cities if you ask me, but you might think of subdividing it later. You might even think of getting the topography team to draw a map. And then decide what you want to do with it, tourism or whatever, depends on what you have there.

Do we build anything?

You can build whatever you want. Just say the word and it'll be done. Little too early now like I say but.. you alone can decide what you can afford.

Can someone assist me please?

Assist you in what ? you're the ruler. The leader. Number one. The highest office in the land. You overrule everyone else. Who would you want help from ? :)

If you want my advice, make your own decisions. It gets lonely at the top. And lots of people are willing to help your country to an early grave.

First and foremost, DO NOT annoy the older nations.

I.e., threating to invade them with an 5,000,000,000,000 man army

-or-

Threating to destroy the world with WMDs

-or-

Using slavery or any other generally shunned practice

Secondly, get on good terms with all nations or certain types of nations. If you like communism, you can always ask the Aztec National League (ANL) or other communist nations for help. If you are an capitalist nation, please check out the nations in regions like Corporate Islands.

Third, if you want to be self sufficent and want to roll in extra money (this will not affect your nation's UN ranking in economy, but it is fun neverthan less and will be useful), build your own weapons or commodities and sell them. If you are the only nation selling that item, congrats, you have an monopoly on that market. The ANL sells chocolate and Aztec modified MiGs.

Fourthly, please read the threads at the top in the NationsStates, International Incidenets and Gameplay Forums, they are great for Newbies.

Lastly, I welcome you to NationStates and hope peace and prosperity will be in your nation, peace.

Do whatever. As long as you don't godmod, things will be fine. Godmodders don't get any respect anymore. They are crushed or ignored quickly. Good luck, good RPing.

What exactly is godmodding? I have heard about this but am unsure of what it means, and cant seem to find any explanations. As for my nation, I am using a scenerio along the lines of "fiction-specultive non-fiction" story I have been reading about the ancient summurian culture of real world earth where the beings that came from a 10th planet in our solar system were thought of as being Gods, The Annunaki, of Bible legend. These beings, I have planned on being my rulers of my nation...well at least their decendents anyway. I am thinking of roleplaying a situation that has to do with some of this subject matter. Is that "godmodding"?

You treat the country as if it were a real country.
