I highly doubt that you could afford such products. Start off with simple things (basic modern weapons and such)...wait a bit before you try to get such technology as you request.

Trust me. My coutry is small, but economicly powerfull. I have nothing better to spend my countrys income on. I only have a few well trained soldiers, so it would make sense that they would be well equiped.
