Chimaea condemns Iesus Christi (again :p)

Fellow nations,

Once more do we have to see the results of Iesus Christi blood-letting; or in this case, Iesus Christi's non-effort at dissolving a violent protest.

Are we to believe that Iesus Christi, one of the most powerful security forces in the world, could not clear what they have termed 'peaceful protest'?

Yet this protest was allowed to go ahead and ended with the assault and possible destruction of the Syskeyian Embassy. Why? There are reports of Iesus tanks shooting into the Embassy. This is quite clearly an act of war... or are we expected to believe that Iesus Christi tank crews surrendered to an 'unarmed' mob?

Come clean, Iesus, come clean! The world can not stand for less than a third-party investigation and the punishment of those in official capacities who sat by and watched as the rule of law was raped in St. Dominic.

Iesus Christi can never come clean. They defy both secular reason and God. They are traitors to both. Their corruption is a threat to themselves and everyone around them. They should be eliminated, but no one has both the power and the nerve to stand against them and their amoral allies.

[OOC: Err, one might note that it was Syskeyia who first [visibly] violated international law by firing on the protesters without first requesting assistance from Iesus security forces in the area. The fact that it was tear gas is irrelevant, it was a flagrant violation of procedure to fire on the protestors before they entered the embassy's grounds]

But it was provoked when the mob threw molotov cocktails at the soldiers.

OOC: yeah, but shelling the Embassy isn't comparable to firing tear gas at a bunch of violent protestors threatening to tear you from limb to limb. And as the dominant security force in St. Dominic Iesus is responsible for the safety of all Embassies, regardless of whether they're called upon or not.

OOC: First I want to say, good thread Chimea, This is the first regarding St. Dominic I've seen where people haven't violated the old OOC/IC-knowledge rule. anyone who wasn't there, YOU DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED! We put down quite an effort doing this as an covert operation, you have to trust the pictures from the scene. If someone wants to condemns The Reich, you better have some kind of Proof, don't give me that "You're evil therefore all this is your fault" None of that. AS I said, this thread was good because it questions the logic of what happened. again GOOD JOB Chimea

IC:
Vegana is also very interested to get knowledge of what occured in ST. Dominic. The only thing we know for sure was that heavily armed soldiers started the shooting, some even carrying anti-tank weapons, why would a nation carry anti-tank weapons in an embassy? Did they plan to use them in advance? Had they even knowledge of the attack and planned to take out tanks? I agree with Chimea that it seems strange that Tank crews could be subdued by unarmed rioters. Why didn't SYskeyia send a plea for help to Iesus authorities? Why only to other aggressive nation? Is this another attmept by the warmongering nation of Syskeyia to start a war between SATO and the Reich as he has tried before? WE demand answers! We want an investigation!

The H&K government would like to join the government of Vegana in the questions they have asked in their statement. All we know ourselves, is that a small group of our own citizens is involved in the riots. The footage that we have received clearly seems to show Syskeyians opening fire on a mob, that was at that time still standing outside the embassy. In other words: from what we know, Syskeyian soldiers have opened fire, aimed at individuals located on foreign soil. Regardless of that, we would very much like a full explanation of what happened.

Signed,

B. Jeffrey

ooc: as for those cameras hanging on the embassy in the other thread: anything put on the internet is automatically not trusted by our government, as we have seen what smart minds can do to manipulate sounds and images.

OOC: It's Chimaea, 'aea' :)

To all who doubt the Chimaean knowledge of events in this thread:

Everything Chimaea knows would come from Syskeyia through governmental channels, and we would follow the Syskeyian line because we're close allies. And don't forget that Chimaea's been a critic of Iesus Christi policy ever since they bombed Amerigo cities with chemicals. Add to this that the current administration is struggling to hold together under the domestic onslaught of a terrorist campaign, and it's quite obvious the path Chimaea would take :)

Politics is a fine thing.

Stll, as Chimaea noted, the protestors were shouting for our death, and we did try to talk with them, though they rejected the offer.

OOC: Protesters do that stuff all the time in RL. Especially when there are a few rabble rousers in the crowd.
