A reporter appeared dressed in khaki cargo pants and a light blue feild shirt. Behind the young light brown haired reporter was a large advanced odd-looking building. Military Personnel and vehicles moved about. "The Imperial Drakonian Military has just released information about a highly secretive project," the feild reporter started.

"For several years now the Imperium has been researching Particle Beam (and particularly LASER) weapons systems. There have been unconfirmed reports that Beam Weapon Emplacements have been added to enhance the nation's Missile Defense Network. There have even been reports of Beam equipped Tanks and Infrantry Fighting Vehicles, but none of this has seen to been confirmed till now.
"Drakonia has built a Orbital-Firing Particle Beam Cannon, in the capital of Drako Throne. The weapon is designed to defend the capital from orbital attack, such as those initiated by Space Ships or Satellite Weapons Systems. The Cannon will also subliment the current orbital defense Conventionally-Armed ICBMs used to defend the nation from space attacks. The weapon can also be used, as it is intended to be tested, against the mass of orbital debris.
"While little information was released about the new defensive weapon, the Imperium did say that there are plans for the construction of several more of these Cannons in the capital and in other undisclosed locations.
