Let me first off say that I am not going to participate in this because it would give me an unfair advantage, as I know what will happen before I post it.

And the results are random.


How it Works

I works alot like the stock market today in the real world.
You come and buy as many stocks as you want, in one of the categories. You then take those shares and decide when you want to sell them. How much you get when you sell them is determined by the point system.


The Point System

Every week I will update this thread with the information telling you how each of the four categories is doing. From there you decide whether or not you want to sell.

If the stock goes up 1 point, you then take 1 percent of your principal and add that to your total.

If the stock goes down 1 point, you take 1 percent and subtract it from your pricipal.

So lets say you bought one share for $10.00

The stock goes up 1 point, then you take 1 percent of $10.00, which is 10 cents ($.10) and add that to your principal ($10.00) and your nation is 10 cents ($.10) richer. (If you sell at that point)

Ok, then say the next week the stock goes down 2 points.
Then you take 20 percent of your principal, ($10.00), and add 20 percent ($.20) and your country is 20 cents ($.20) poorer. (If you sell at that point)

#3:Share Extravagant Price:1,100 USD per share
#4:Worldly Shares Price:1,500 USD per share

Actually, you're wrong about the Percentage/Point/Principal. Your nation is not ten cents richer until the actually sell the shares. Many people mistake this when buying and selling stocks, which can basically screw everything up. Ok...

Let's say Bob buys three shares of A Corp. at $5.00 per share. A Corp.'s stock price increases to $6.00. Bob is not three dollars richer, since he is still in possession of said stocks, and has not sold them, so the only increase is that of the stock's value. Now, let's say A Corp's stocks drop by $3.00, making the price $3.00 per share. Bob is not six dollars poorer, because again, it is only the stock's value. However, if Bob makes a stupid move and sells it at the $3.00 price, he is then six dollars poorer. Many people mistake net worth for actual money, which causes many bad decisions as a consumer. The only time your nation will gain money or lose money is during the sale of the stocks.

Here is the information for Amerigan International:

Amerigan International is a sprawling production company that finances most media, ranging from movies to video games. It had quite a sweeping succes in producing the movie Partisan which grossed 161,068,000 USD at the international box office.

The Amerigan gvoernment controls every industry, essentially, however, technically it is a free capitalist state in the fact that certain persons may pay to open up a company or officially "apply for the office of company overseer", which is thus granted to said person. There is little control over business in Amerigo and corruption is rampant. The problem is, the government has every right to take complete control of any industry so it keeps most corporations paying large "fees" (bribes) to the government for the continuation of laissez faire.

Amerigan International was founded during the regime change, when communistic laws were loosened and a form of private property arose. It was founded by Jack Rockefeller and slowly climbed its way to its multi-billion follar value today, by any means possible. There have been attempts at law suits against them, but most failed. An investment in Amerigan International is usually a safe bet, however a very expensive one.

(You handle how it does in the stock market... I'll tell you of any major events that occur (that concern it).

What program do you use?

I use PWMaker,

1:I select a nine digit number (110242034)
2:I write that down on paper
3:I then select a one digit number (6)
4:That one digit number than deicides which digit of the first number to pick (110242034)
5:Then there is an option that randomly selects either a number or a letter, if it picks a number, than the stock goes up 2 points, if it picks a letter, the stock goes down 2 points.

NOTE:The odds of picking a number verses a letter is not 9:26, it is 1:1, so it is completely fair.

That way everything is absolutely random.
