We have nukes. Since this nation was born, we've been building them. We now have significantly more than 1000.
So here's the deal. Pay me fifty million dollars plus one million an RL week. And you won't get nuked. If you don't pay, there's always the possibility of a nuke attack on you.
Do NOT pay me in my own currency, the exchange rate is something like 28 billion worthless scraps to the dollar. Pay me in a real currency, or in gold.

Ok, 1st thing is that you need Uranium! You dont even have an Uranium Mining Industry, so I dont see how you can have nukes.
2nd, Your indusrty must have top priority over everything else to be able to produce (and mantain) all those warheads; if this is the case, then most likely your people are starving, becuase the costs for mantaining 1,000 nukes would be astronomical with your economy.
3rd, You're not a terrorist. If you were a terrorist, then you would of already launched the nukes and given a reason for it. You're just a Merc.
4th, appreaciate the 5 USD that you got already, cause the Confederate States of Kithicor will not give you anything.
We have also set our Air Corps on Amber Alert, just in case you actually have a couple nukes.
