Another child is innoculted against the many diseases that ravage Naori's working-class. Ever since the Galdanian intervention in Naori, after the imperialist nation attacked the peaceful nation of Genya, Galdania has been upgrading Naori's infrastructure, and helping it's populace.
In Yakashima, the main base of Galdanian operations in Naori, a once rural area has become an industrialized urban centre, where food, shelter, clean drinking water, and all other basic neccesities of life are free or charge for everyone.
The Empire of naori is all but defeated; the Naorian Red Army, a popular resistance group, is aiding Galdania to keep control of southern Naori, while in the north, the battered and bruised Naorian Army sits in the capital, waiting for the inevitable Galdanian offensive to overthrow the imperialist regime.
Over a month ago, Naori's Emperor was hit by Galdanian missiles in his palace and killed. The Empress of Naori now vegetates, unable to gather her troops for an attack on the south.
Since Galdanian occupation of the south began, the quality of life for the average Naorian has more than doubled; hospitals now treat patients regardless of their wealth; the streets are filled with public transportation vehicles, whose charge is only a smile. Things are looking good for the people of Naori, and, so long as the Empire does not attempt further attacks, Galdania may be content to devide the nation into two sections: the bustling, 1st-world South, and the stagnating, imperialist North.
Eredron feels it has a duty to combat this Galdanina propaganda. The situation in Naori has only worsened since Galdania and its communist allies invaded the Empire of Naori, seeking to replace the imperial ruling family with an illegitimate puppet regime. This propaganda is a failed attempt by Galdania to disguise its warmongering ambition and desire to force communism on the free nations of the world. We urge all nations to support Naori in this conflict, and hold Galdania responsible for these heinous crimes it has committed, both against the people of Naori, and Eredron.

The PSRH Supports Galdania in its excellent efforts to restore health and order etc etc in the Naorian public. The PSRH orders that two C-10 planes drop extra supplies over Murushima
Twenty boxes of toys donated by Hogsweatian children (Something we used to do in infants school  )
Eighty boxes of MRE's
Twenty boxes of Body Bags
Ten boxes of Tents (for homelesss people)
We hope they can be of use to the Naori people. However, there IS still a black hawk helicopter shot down in Naori capital, so we are concentrating all our efforts on that.

Seeing as many people may mistake Galdania's altruism and compassion in this situation for vicious propaganda, we are willing to send inspectors to oversee the actions of Galdania to improve the life of those within southern Naori.
Since we have a neutral diplomatic stance with both the nations of Galdania and Naori, we believe that inspectors from our nation would prove to be legitimate and unbiased in their reports of the situation to the international community.

Eredron would support an international inspection team...to oversee the complete withdrawal of Galdanian and other foreign armies from the sovereign territories of the Empire of Naori; the international community cannot allow this communist takeover to continue.
Private Communique, Aequatio
This entire affair resulted from the recent mass murderings, some might label it "genocide", that occurred in Genya(of whom you have been involved with before) under the brutal and illegitimate dictatorial regime of Kit Ph'at. Naori responded with preemptive strikes against Genyan military targets, and Galdania is now using this as an excuse to forcefully and militarily expand the influence of Galdania.

Galdania would be more than happy to allow Aequato's inspection teams, and other neutral inspection teams, including those from the United Nations and Human Rights Watch to oversee the innoculation campaign, and to see the state of Occupied Naori.
OOC: We HAVE helped the Naorian people; EVERYONE has access to food, clean water, and some other things. We are constructing makeshift housing to house the homeless, which are many, both from our bombings and imperial oppression.
On the whole, things are better now than before, expecially in Yakashima, the base of Galdanian operations in Naori.
BTW, Kit Ph'at executed only about 500 members of the British Colonial Government, who oppressed the people of Genya. Naori attacked civilian targets in Genya, for clearly Colonial, Imperialist reasons.
There is not any way that Galdania can benefit from the freeing of Naori.
Though Communist, some people in the government estimate that, if calculated into monetary losses, the war in Naori may be 'costing' Galdanian billions.

Why only the working class?
I am not working class and I am sick at the moment.
You are insinuating that upper class and middle class people never get sick.

No, I am insinuating that Naori's upper-class have been innoculated by their government, and that they fled southern Naori after Communist takeover in the People's Popular Revolution, as we call it.
Those in Naori without homes, are homeless no doubt because of the massive and widespread bombings and artillery strikes being carried out by Galdanian military forces throughout Naori; you rebuild that which you have destroyed, and expect the world to praise you and allow you to take over another country without a word? Had you wished to improve the lives of the Naori people, you should have taken the avenue of humanitarian aid and relief, instead of sending in your tanks to destroy homes, and certainly not have funded a terrorist organization which did not hesitate to attack civilian and neutral targets.
BTW, Kit Ph'at executed only about 500 members of the British Colonial Government, who oppressed the people of Genya. Naori attacked civilian targets in Genya, for clearly Colonial, Imperialist reasons.
You condemn Naori for mistakenly attacking civilian targets, when you have done so repeatedly and intentionally many times? Galdania's disposition to drop incendiary bombs on Eredron civilians and cities, without regard for loss of life, gives you little room to criticize the policies of Naori.
The Eredron Ministry of Foreign Affairs has obtained clear and overwhelming evidence of what Galdania has brought upon the once peaceful and thriving Empire of Naori.

This dreary situation exists across the nation's once prosperous cities, as the people suffer under the combination of fear of future NRA terrorism, and the oppressive burden of the military occupation that exists.

A neutral nation would wonder who to believe. I suppose that we will only be able to laugh in Eredron's face in a few years...
Look at Galdania. Now, if we are allowed to aid the people of Naori, perhaps they will flourish as we do.

Militarily wresting control of a country is not a prequisite to providing humanitarian aid; neither is levelling cities.

Either way, what is right will be decided once we have had time to improve the nation.
Operation Sunny Day will allow us to helpm those of Naori's north as well.
The people of Eredron knew what their government was doing. They did nothing to stop it. Or perhaps they were oppressed so badly that any dissent or action taken against the government is put down with force?
The democratic freedoms, rights and privileges that are the inherent rights of all Eredronians - indeed, of all citizens of the world, have been the foundation of Eredron since the unification of the city-states.
Eredron offered to open a dialogue with the Naori government to allow for democratic reform, but such discussions are impossible when open war is declared by a hostile force.

We have declared war with no one. In fact, Naori did not declare war on Genya when they launched their sneak-attack on civilian farms. The only declaration of war during the 'Naori Incident' has been that of Eredron upon Galdania. Our action in Naori is a Police Action, to safeguard the People of the World.
Eredron and Galdania seem to share many of the same beliefs...on paper. However, we are willing to enforce the Rights of Man, even if it means that sacrifices must be made.
A Police action is just a polite way to say war. You don't have to declare war to wage it, its merely polite to do so. Calling it a Police action doesn't make not a war.

Quite right.
Bayorta applauds the excellent work of the Galdanians at improving the life of the peoples within Naori. The future looks good for equality within Naori. Bayorta realises that all of this extensive aid must be costing Galdania quite a bit. Therefore we are willing to commit a number of our soldiers to peace-keeping work within the south for the total time it takes for this situation to die down. We are also willing to commit a number of our forces to help assist the Galdanian army in their assaults on the Empresses forces to the north.
This is the least we can do to help our fellow comrades in Galdania and now in Naori.

If Galdania is truly interested in the rights of man, they will immediately cease all hostilities, and seek to resolve this conflict peacefully; only by this will your true intentions be shown to the world. Continuing with your aggression will only show that you are interested in territorial and political gains.
I urge you to consider this, and order your forces to cease fire. Allow all sides the opportunity to voice their concerns, grievances, and terms; through this, all sides may obtain peace with honor; through this, the people of Naori will benefit.

Eredron finds this to be worthy of consideration. However, Eredron offers this counter-proposal:
Under the direction and watch of a neutral party, perhaps an international peacekeeping force, fair, open and democratic elections be held throughout Naori, with all nations agreeing to abide by their decision. Should the people vote to remove Her Majesty and the Imperial Government from power, Eredron would not move to prevent this. If the people of Naori voted to maintain the status quo, or simply reform the Imperial Government, we would expect all nations to abide by this decision also.

We will cease our military operations 24 hours before the vote (NS time).
Until then, we will continue fighting for the freedom of Naori's people.

I fear that if open fighting continues without relent, the people of Naori will not leave their homes to voice their opinion in any kind of election, fearing for their life and safety.
I propose, again, that all military forces make no aggressive moves, and instead hold their current position. If this is not possible, then Eredron proposes that Galdania urge, in the strongest terms, its allies to begin decreasing the level of their military involvement in Naori; continued attacks will only lead to further loss of life.
