Considering A Big Move.
Kecha has been having population problems for awhile now, and it's getting beyond normal management even for us, therefore, a number of senior Ministers of the Government have approached the Empress with a proposal that the Kechan people move their Seat of Power from Earth, and find a new System to claim, and use as their Home System, so far the debate rages quietly.
We ask that you state your arguments, this could help us make the final decision.

I think that you should start to colonize space, but not entirely move into it. Many of your people are probablly attached to thier current homes and land and would not like to leave it unless by necesity. Explore and colonize outer space, but keep the portion of your population who want to stay here stay. Forcing them to move would be extremly unpopular and could cause resentment and rebellion.

Yes it would be nice to have another freindly nation out here besides Xanthal even if we do maintain our capital on earth as a matter of tradition.(For now)

Should Kecha move to space, we will offer the nation of Kecha Baal IV, a fully inhabitable planet rich in plants, animals and minerals. Baal IV is about the size of Earth, with two moons, Haleigh and Galle. The only thing we ask in return is the united defense of the Nordlund System, in which Baal IV presides.
Who voted no and why? just curious.
ANL: This is so, we may have to controll how many are allowed to stay however.

If we do move, we may end up using the Garron System, maybe, maybe not.
Oh hell, why not? Everyone else has done it already. Besides, NSearth is a wee bit too small and crowded anyways.
