OOC: need a new group to crack down on
OOC: Well its coming to the time to get a new Emperor or Inquisition Rule again and that means I need to start a crackdown on some group to bring in the new regime. But im out of ideas on who to crack down on so im taking suggestions as of now.

Intellectuals are fun. They always think they can talk you out of it.
Your own military is always a good source of perceived threats. Purging your entire officer corps also saves big on pensions.
And there's nothing like a good alien conspiracy, pod-people style. They could be anyone, and they're everywhere! A really great one in that you can go after anyone you want and just explain that it wasn't them, it was an evil alien that looked exactly like them in every way!
Or, how about pointlessly eradicating some random physical trait, like green eyes or red hair, or the left-handed?
Think Social Security costs could be better spent elsewhere? How about mandatory euthanasia after age 60? Hell, how about 35? 21?

Yeah, how comes that happened? Last thing I saw, you came #2, the #1 guy changed his/her motto to "I'm just better than Sketch", and then I saw little of you ever again.
