Today the Dominion of Lord Christopher Scott is creating a Militant organization that will help to fight the great fight against democracies everywhere. Shrouded in secrecy for years now, the program has trained many in everything from demolitions, marksmanship, guerilla tactics, and even civil engineering. The program was codenamed Guerilla sheild. Today the program has come out, and the organization has been named the People's Army of the Revolutionary Knights.
The organization, although initially trained, and recieving funding, will become a self sufficient, cell based insurgency group. Although at times recieving some orders from LCS, and being subordinate to the High Lord, the organization will mostly be on its own. The organization, like any cell based terrorist group, will remain inactive, and hidden throughout the world. The driving idea was to copy the sucess experienced by man Islamic Terrorist organizations. Although non Islamic, or even relegiously based, the terrorist groups are almost as fanatic being driven by the Ideals of the High Lord.
The group will be like a nationstate, but without borders. It will be loosely organized, with each cell having few contacts within the chain of command. Also, there will be no direct contact, cells will be activated by complex codes sent out by the leaders. This allows cells to continue operation even if a majority of cells are taken out, or a crushing blow is given to the command structure. The way it is laid out, two members of the organization who are in different Cells and meet may not know that they are both members of the group.
The High Lord hereby accepts any responsibility for the actions of the Peoples Army of the Revolutionary Knights. The Revolutionary Knights, although largely self sufficient, shall clearly be recognized as a part of the Dominion of Lord Christopher Scott. Any act by them is an act by the Dominion, any act onto them is an act onto the dominion.
At this point, the group is inactive, and is spreading itself across the globe. Cells are locating themselves across the globe in areas of interest. Although I will not divulge where the army is being placed, I say if we consider you an enemy of the Dominion, I garuntee that in some way cells are trying to enter your nation. At this point the army stands at 5 million strong, but the numbers will grow. It is a new day for the Dictatorship, tremble world as we make our mark.

ooc: Basically i thought that this would be an interesting idea for an RP. Basically REvolutionary knights are an Al-queda like organization. They will be funded somewhat by LCS, but for the most part they will be on their own. They will be sent out with orders by LCS, and locate themselves in secret locations. When I feel like an RP, or give the orders, the cells will be activated, and carry out their orders upon their given targets. Basically they could do anything from hostage taking, to nukeing an entire city (although a suicidal move on my part). Their numbers will be determined by their population, but I will control the rate at which it grows by how many issues I answer, if this is unnaceptable to some I will change it.
A terrorist attack by the Knights will be immediatly claimed by them, if they do it that is. They have their own nation on Nationstates, and I will post with them when I wish. or act with them.
