The Socialist Commonwealth of Anhierarch is a massive, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its punitive income tax rates. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 1.37 billion are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whoever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, liberal government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Education, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and Law & Order receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 100%. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Book Publishing.

Organ donation is compulsory, college students make ends meet by selling their kidneys, children are raised bilingual from an early age, and a vast monorail network carries people all over the country. Crime is totally unknown. Anhierarch's national animal is the scorpion, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the plotos.

Anhierach is a terrible actor, i saw him at a community theater production of Hamlet and he kept reading from Macbeth. It was quite embarassing when he accused a woman in the audience of being Lady Macbeth in disguise.

No, it's not because my funds are low, it's because I know it when I smell easy money. We have a saying here that he who does not honour pocket change isn't worthy of the big. And this is what makes me a filthy rich capitali$t and you a, well, mediocrely rich person.

Think about it: compiling this report took me about five seconds. I get $5000 - that's about 1000 dollars per second. Surely that beats average wages here. And by doing this I have posponed the demise of capitalism in my nation for a few more minutes...

As for the quality of my intelligence: what do you expect for this kind of money? To that threadstarting person who's name I can't be bothered to scroll down for: I have more info if you want it. Just pay more. :wink:
