Chronopolis is a small, rapidly growing region. It is founded on the Principles of Defence, Buisiness, and mostl of all Free Trade. To make International trade easier, all contries wishing to join must make one of their currencies the Chrono. That way, nobody has to calculate what a dollar is compared to a Chrono. Also, so that Regional peace is ensured, we ask that you would join the Chronopolian Alliance. This means that 10% of your money is pooled into the defense fund. This money is issued monthly to the countries in the region whose economies are failing or are in debt. It also builds a regional Army for defense ONLY. This money does not have to be repayed in any way, because the nation you are helping may one day help you. Joining the Alliance also means that you must place a small green C in the corner of your flag. This makes for easy identification. All money from trade goes directly to the counties involved in the Trade. The Alliance cannot and willnot take trade conceccions from you.
