The radar signature of what is seemingly a Lear jet appears on Kajirakian radar, and sends out a short message.

"This is Flight CAMB-2015, Priority 1, of the Unified Socialist Republic of Cyberutopia, requesting authorization to land."

On board the small jet sits High Arbiter Yuen Rykugi, who shall solidify relations between Kajiraki and Cyberutopia. The two nations sit in close proximity, and therefore the Committee of International Affairs has approved a pact to be made to assure no tensions are caused by this relativily new arrival to the land.

The radar operators nearly flipped as the jet appeared on radar. Authorities were alerted, guns were maned, and fighters sent up. However, the Lear was on the incoming manifest, and authorites retreated back to bed, guns were shut down, and a squadron of Ki-61s went up to escort the bizjet.

"CAMB-2015, this is Yoshi Kotsuka, lead of Tiger Flight. We will escort you in."

"Roger that, Tiger Flight." Responded the pilot, and made a small course change to follow the escorts.

My appologies, but I wont be able to participate much tongiht, seeing as I've spent the day at the impound, and will be going back again in a bit, trying to get my car back.
