CALUMNIA, Thurs -- The Governor-general of Calumnia announced today that tests of a revolutionary new method of terrorist protection have been completed. Pressed for further details, he said "All I can say for now is that the final tests are complete. Calumnia now has the first known anti-terrorist defence plan in the history of NationStates. In the event of a terrorist attack, all our citizens and prime assets will be well protected."
