Cruel and Unusual punishment
Recently, the Sultan of Scaraba has decreed that everyone sentenced to death in Scaraba will be subject to "Death by Pool". The Sultan will personally lock the offender in a pool, then watch him die through an open-circuit video camera. Footage will be broadcast nationwide.
Already, the Sultan has personally killed two pedophiles, and one liquor store clerk who refused to sell him rum at 3:00 AM. The Sultan was very intoxicated at the time, and slurred a decree of death upon the clerk. Too stubborn to spare the clerk's life, the Sultan locked him in a Jacuzzi (with the jets on) and did a 30 second beer bong while the clerk drowned. Some radical groups are protesting this action. The Sultan is calling upon other nations to support him in his action.
"Come on, you guys! This bastard wouldn't give me my rum! Sultan Brand Rum! It has my face on it! And this jagoff wouldn't sell it to me! The prick deserved death!" the Sultan said, in a press conference.

No idea...But what I assumed was the offender's limbs would be ground up with horse testicles, sheep kidneys, and other assorted animal parts, and force-fed to the offending torso until their stomach ruptures and they die. Am I close?

Not really. It's quite infamous
1: Take a group of people.
2: Chain them together tightly with rusted hooks piecing their body.
3: Parade them through the street naked, he the people throw rocks and broken glass at them.
4: Throw them into a crushing machine at once.
5: Recycle bones as body amour, sell meat as dogfood to other nations.
Oooh, I'm not to into that. I think I'll stick to locking 'em in pools.
