Which is worse; 'unheard of' or 'outlawed' for civil rights?
also,
I have no idea what the percentage of my military is. I see threads concerning that, but I don't know what to make of them. Since 'birds and children's kites are regularly shot down by anti-aircraft fire' it must be a pretty high percentage, right?

Outlawed is worse than unheard of. Unheard of means that the concept human rights is something unknown to the population. Outlawed means that it is a punishable crime to have human rights..... :twisted:

ah thanks, no wonder i usually end up 3rd or 4th most corrupt/evil/rude (whatever) in my region. I should try harder :twisted:

Outlawed is pretty bad. That would mean that you would be punished if you wanted to exercise them.

Ya, I've been working on a "Frightening" economy for the past week, but I just can't seem to get there. Oh legendary peak, when shall thou be mine?
Still, "All-Consuming" sounds pretty good too, doesn't it?

indeed it does. i want to get at least there. i started out with just a 'Reasonable' economy and I think i've done well so far to get up to 'Thriving'. Still, could be better :wink:
And my political freedoms are 'outlawed', so i'm doing great there :wink:
