OOC:Well, I had my password changed by SLAGlands and it got sent to my e-mail, but in the mean time I had changed e-mails therefore me not knowing it was in my old one.
IC:After many years have gone by as "The Non-International Era", Neo-Wu has finally come out of recession. The Kaiser would like to insure to all it's allies and neighboring nations That this such a thing will not happen again.
We, we're in a state of economical crisis and thank the heavens that no one had the willing to take their part in any economical nor militaristic faring of dispute.
