The law, passed by our Congrement states "Any person or persons engaged in sexual intercourse with a person or persons of the same sex shall be placed in the government built City of Thracia, where they will be allowed to live in peace and harmony-they will be allowed to open shops, establish a police force to keep order, and live life as any normal person with one exception-they are forbidden to leave the city limits except on international business. The city will grow vertically or horizontally as needed and all people who aren't residents shall be forbidden to enter unless they can prove they are a relative of a citizen and/or a UPS or FedEx or 18-wheel truck driver delivering the necessary goods for survival."
