OOC: Why not? An RP which I hope will go on. It's to celebrate the nation hitting 2 billion in population (right now its 1.97b). Just RP your government representative arriving.

YES, ONLY GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVES OR AT LEAST TRY TO MAKE THEM CONNECTED TO THE GOVERNMENT. Also try to avoid any terrorists of any kind.

Posters were up aroung the country and the region, and the press had been informed. There would be a huge party on a cruise ship in Liverpool England waters, ready to celebrate the soon-to-be arrival of LE's 2 billionth citizen. As waiters prepared the food spread and chambermaids the rooms, President Erfin Caws managed to remark. "I wonder if it will be a success, or are we just wasting our efforts? No. This has to happen. We're all in a happy mood, and we must celebrate 2 billion people. We've all been waiting for this day."
He barked out orders at one of his assistants, "Hey, you. Inform the press to be here on the day itself. I'm expecting big government leaders to arrive, and I want this to be smooth. Tighten security too."
With that, he lay back and waited for the arrival of his guests.

The Government of would like to extend it's congradulations. Howere, due to the current situation we are unable to send anyone for to the party. We wish you future good fortune.

We thank you for your congratulations. We certainly did hope that Tappee could send a representative, but as it is, it is not possible. We would like to, however, note that this may drag on for a while and hope that a representative can still be sent.

Tappee's president was lost in a plane crash and we are currently running a search and rescue operation, and until the president status can be confirmed all diplomatic activities have been put on hold. If the situation can be resolved in time we will send a representive.
