The New Russia

Alright, as I am packing up to begin moving, my ability to connect to the internet is getting more and more sporattic, so before I have to leave for a long period of time, I'm going to explain some thing pertaining to my nation.
The New Russia is my primary nation. It is set roughly in the year 2450, meaning it is EXTREMELY high tech. This means space travel, recycling technologies, and uber-computers. Keep this in mind, as it is somewhat important.
New Russia 2067 is my nation set in, well, 2067. It is not as advanced as The New Russia. There is some space travel, but nothing is manned once we reach the extra-solar systems. There are many advancements in things like computers, and some hush hush stuff involving psychics ans time travel.
