I have nations numbers 5 and 18 for PF today, and recieved a flood of telegrams in both, and except for an invitation to Wysteria in Amnesty-International's box, they all seem to have stemmed from the PF ratings.
Most of my puppets who had high PF ratings last time died, but I still have one which I will check in a moment when I check pages three and four.

I just omitted names and noted it in brackets. Even the region except for the one guy in the WP.

Ah, the benefits of being ranked 97,000+ for most PF.
