Today the Grand Duchy of the Grand Ducky announces it's independance from the harsh regime of our former masters. Whilst the world had written us off as a mere mental institute on a deserted island, we have shown today that we are a free and liberal (very liberal) nation.
Our first official act of government will be to declere a moral allegance to all nations whose name begins with the letter Q.
