I learned this the hard way, but if you want people to join your region, you have to be an older nation (so people can trust that you know what you're doing) and you have to give specific reasons as to why they should join. just some tips, thats all ... I'll check out your region though ... although I am not moving this nation anywhere at the moment.
like the other guy said u need to give reasons why we should move and im a dictator in ice world so im not gonna go sorry

Actually it's The Chosen Four you want to move to.
Really every1 lighten up . Don't be so harsh on the new guys. The old systems fail let some new blood in. I advise people to move. Cos the region is great.
