Handwritten letters are sent to all nations. They read as follows:
"Nations;
After many millennia, years uncounted, we have remained here, over the Sea, unfindable. But our High King, the King of all Elves, Ingwe, sent a message to Tirion on Tuna.
He said we must cross the seas again, and heal the hurts caused in our absense. We are no military nation; we cannot take war to the great powers. But where we may, with medicine, and wise words, we will aid all. We will negotiate peaces, and share our knowledge.
Thus says, Earwen, Queen upon Tuna."
