Due to the purchase of CAR-15 type rifles by the Allanean Department of Education, the controversial Highschool Marksmanship Program can now begin. About 40,000,000 rifles have been ordered for the HMP, of which 3,000,000 have already arrived. (pan to pics of youth enjoying themselves at ranges). While practical rifle, service rifle, and DCM courses have already opened at some schools, the DOE is lacking qualified instructors (pan to face of Head of DOE.)

These guys can't stand idiots using guns. They'll make sure your student know about gun safety. They are not really the sports type though, but are happy to take up a new profession.

I have a group of soldiers that are probably among the best snipers in the world...they are part of the RSC (Raven Sniper Core), I'm sure they would be willing to help out as instructors...no cost.
