His Imperial Majesty, Alex Larsen, has commisioned a new flag for the Imperium of Scandavian States. There are only two requirements for the flag:
1. The primary color of the flag must have the following RGB code: 82, 28, 52 and the secondary color must have the following RGB code: 5, 40, 120.
2. It must look suitably imperial.
OOC: Consult both the flags of Nova Scotia and Jersey (the British dependency, not the US state) to get a feel for what I would like in my flag.
