A reporter in a NBC outfit, the NBC covered in tape with CNN written on it because of some idiot thinking it was an advertisment, reports on the events. "About eight and a half hours ago, the city behind me was a thriving town full of almost three thousand people. Now it is a barren, radioactive wasteland. One group has claimed responisbility. The ANti-Terror Terrorists. While it seems absurd, they are a group that has started a crusade to make terrorism so painful for those that would commit such attacks that all terrorism slows to a trickle."

Angela sighs. "They aren't going to like it. Anyway, the next response is being set up now. The city fifty miles north of this one. It'll be ready in fifteen hours."

The government of Tappee has mixed feeling over what has occured, and will watch the situation more closely in the coming days.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs [RCOMFA] released a memo today deploring the vicious attack against civilians by the Anti-Terror Terrorists. However, the RCO withholds any further comment at this time.

No real response is made to these reactions, but the general feeling recieved by a few scrambled phone calls and a few go betweens is 'Hey, sorry about the innocents, but that's the way it goes sometimes.'

It's that an entire town of 3000 people is now gone, and we are not sure if all 3000 deserved such a fate. The internation communtiy has a hard time unaccepible civlian losses.

So, we set off a couple baby nukes and boom, a few less terrorists and my 'nation', as it were, feels that any sacrifice is within reason to stop terrorism against innocents.

I'm all for the slaughter of terrorist but terrorists. Basically you just killed a whole lot of innocent, defenseless civilians. Yeah your terrorists yourselves but that doesn't make you any better. I'm gonna condemn this act and recommend you handle it better with sweeper teams of special operations soldiers and stuff. Not only will you kill the terrorists and innocent civlians are you just did but now you're giving them more of a reason to wage their war of terrorism. If you just knock out the terrorists and only the terrorists (including those who harbor them) you're still on the good side.

Al Khals has taken alarming occurence as a wake-up call of sorts, and pledged to step-up security at her borders and airports.

The group known variously as the Anti-Terror Terrorists, Latest-in-a-string-of Terrorists, and Raving-Lunatics has been banned in the republic, as has all association with said group.

President Omar Qottar has demanded that the government or governments backing this murderous organisation should step forward and be counted. Apparently Al Khals has made the assumption that the group must be acting with state support. Were it so easy to detonate nuclear weapons at the will of a civilian terrorist, such disasters should certainly have been seen previously.

The government of Tappee is unable to tolerate the murder of innocents no matter the reason.

Therefore should any member of ATT be caught in Tappee they will be arrested on site. We would like to ask the ATT leadership to move away from this type of action.

As the sedan approaches the narrow street, another SUV pulls up behind them, blocking the road, while a third blocks the road ahead. A few dozen clips of 7.62 mm ammo later and the three SUVs depart before the police arrive.

Within hours the announcement of another terorist leader's death makes it's way to all major news outlets. The pictures of the car are shown. A block of swiss chees the size of that car would have less holes in it.

The government of Tappee hold the ATT responible for the Death of one our uncover agents. The agent had been uncover for three years now and was getting close to the leader so that we could make an arrest, as well had learn of terrorist plot againt Tappee.

Not only was our agent killed in the attack, but we lost three years of work, and now may never learn the location of the Attack.

Should any of our citizen be injured in any way we will hunt you down like the scum that you are.

A few pirated broadcasts state the groups opinion of the losses to Layarteb.

A picture of the Mona Lisa is viewed onscreen. A highly distorted voice speaks. "Please. While the deaths of the civilians is tragic, it was deemed an acceptable loss to make our point. We are at war. In wars, innocent blood is spilled. It's an unchangable fact."

In another broadcast, Tapee is addressed. "Well now, the man you were out to arrest is dead. The plot will probably be aborted or postponed. You lost one man. I'd say that's pretty damn good. Also, we can't tell an inside agent from a terrorist, if we could, then there's a problem in their training. So don't get too upset if this happens again.

pilot 1 *under his breath*: it's now or never. blow this terrorist to hell. and with that, he fired off a maverick, hitting the car.

elsewhere in the city, the other suvs had met the same fate. the 2 A-10s and 1 Mystic turn back towards the carrier Black sea, there mission completed.

Susan Clrackson, chair of Tappee's Intelligence Tribunal, turns off her T.V after watching the brodcast. From the look of her face she is visiable annoyed. She looks across her desk at her number two.

"These people are becoming a problem"

Across from her is Jon Anerton, the Tribunal Vice-Chair. "I now, but it clear that they would stop." he knew this isn't what she wanted to hear, but if was the truth non the less.

She just sat there for a moment thinking thing over. "Make contact with them, I don't want another inncident. We can't afford to lose our feild agents. Tell them that we want to coordinate efforts, so that some thing like this doesn't happen again. However make it vary clear that we will only help of they try to avoid any civilian losses."

Jon nodded "Very well. I don't know if the president will agree to this however."

"Until he is found I'm in charge. Once we find don't worry, I can handle my husband on this matter."

As Jon left the office she could only hope that she was making the right choice on this matter. These rebels had made it clear that they would continue, all she could do now was to make sure that Tappee's intrest were protected.

You did not post the arrival of the planes, how in th hell they got from the Black Sea to Africa(largest concentration of 3rd world nations) you posted that the attacks were successful and typed in such a way my Grammar teacher would have a stroke.

Here's the deal. You tell us when are where you are going to attack, so that we can take care of any people that we may have inside. in exchance we will look the other way, in addition we will provide you with weapons, or intelligence that we might have on the specifice target. At no time will we ask you to do anything for us. Publicly we have to provide the appearnce that what you are doing is wrong. Truth be know you are ridding us of a potential problem.

"We responded with 'No deal'. Make you think about how much you can trust your leaders, eh?"

Percy walked into the hanger in North Africa, just south of the Sahara with Angela close behind. He looked over the weapons plant built inside. "Very nice." he commented to Angela.

She had overseen it's completion when the man that had designed it got killed in one of the previous attacks. "Thanks. We are just about to reach full production here and at the other plant we've been there for a week." she said as they walked through the offices upstairs. "This facility will be making AK-47s, MAC-10s, Uzis, handgus and alll the ammo you need for each. The other one is the high explosives plant. Gernades to stingers."

"No nuclear warheads?" Percy asked as he sat down at a desk.

"No. We're keeping those spread out throughout the continent." She said.

1200 miles away

Four humvees tore across the outskirts of a settlement. The terrorists comprising most of it opened fire on them and got a suprise when the hummvees returned the fire. Driving right into the center of the settlement they jumped out in armor not unlike a modern day soldier and begin to pick off the bodygaurds one by one. WIthing a total of ten minutes the camp was in complete turmoil. The terrorists were shooting at each other more than the attackers.

The target was already dead. Suicide. They planted some explosives and went back to the humvees, driving out as they had and vanishing into the desert badlands. They had lost twelve men and another three were wounded, but the objective was complete.

Within hours the world would find out that yet another high ranking terrorist was dead. While not the groups leader, he was high enough that he could have been. The ATT claimed responsibility again, of course. It seems they were quite good at figuring out their positions... too good.
