Yesterday, The Ineffable Ninth Army caught Saddam Hussein, ruler of Iraq before Drum Gods.
Saddam Hussein was the old dictator of Iraq. However, several decades ago The Drum Gods Empire invaded the nation and took control of it for it's oilfields. It constantly hounded the old ruler but could never capture him.
Now, due to the collapse of the Drum Gods Empire, its old ally The Ineffable Empire has taken over it's Iraqi territories.
While the new occupation soldiers were settling in and looking for the best places to eat, two of them fell down a hole into a small cavern. After exploring further, they found an old man sleeping, and took him to the nearest military outpost, believing him to be guilty of hiding to avoid taxes. However, on further examination, it was discovered that they had, in fact, captured the old ruler of Iraq!
He is now on trial for hiding, to avoid taxes. If found guilty he will be awarded the death sentence. Stay tuned to EBN for more exiting broadcasts!
