Name Change.
We wish to let it be known to all the peoples of the International Community, and any other interested parties, that we shall no longer be known as the Holy Empire of Kecha, from now on we shall be called the Great White Holy Empire of Kecha, this change is by decree of the Empress Herself.
Xanthal wishes to voice it's standard objection to the allowance of religious affairs in politics, but we also wish to say that 'when the nation practicing this form of governmnet is decidedly intelligent, tempered, and all-around awesome; they're all right by us.' In related news, the Socialist Republic of Xanthal has sent a brand-new Dreadnaught class warship to the Kechan government as a gift with the following note attached to the access code keys: "Use this ship in your own defense; use it wisely, for it holds the power to bring either peace or war to the galaxy."
