Looking to buy territory on Mars (officially)

LRR needs some official territory on mars. We bought some a while ago, but it seems as though it isn't there anymore.....

we had quite a base there..... ah well.

A plot of land of about 100 sq. km would be fine, preferably near the poles or a dune area. We will construct the aqueducts ourself. We plan to make a large base there and use it to monitor earth. There is already a very large LRR orbital complex over mars, so we can move ourselves in.

We plan to construct a large number of these prefab bases, and connect them with a Maglev system and underground tunnel network. Most of the habitation areas will be below ground.

"New ArAreBee Officials would note that anyone can claim area on Mars, as long as the resources and the means of constructing and maintaining a colony."

"Further more, the Polar Ice cap is largely unclaimed for actually territory, although you may have to work out some deal with the Terraforming nations, as they tend to maintain the area for water harvesting."

It should be noted that the southern cap is Vascillian territory. As for the northern, it has not been officially claimed yet, but previous interest has been expressed.

If you want land in the Dune Fields, much of Noachia or Tyrrhena is uninhabited. Tyrrhena territory should be open for the taking, and will likely remain desert for quite some time, if not permanently. Noachian or Sirenian territory, however, will have to be purchased through the Kaseian Office of Land Claims, and which ergs will remain permanently has not yet been determined.

Er....... I guess the pole is the best option. There's water there.

I would like to file the claim with the Kasean office of land claims. Where may I do so?

The Global Aquaduct Network makes water available nearly everywhere on the planet, but if you are sure about making your claim to the northern pole, negotiations must go through the current inhabitants and/or claimants.

<tag... at this point you'd have to go through the 2nd OOTG fleet for Noachia, and we have our eyes on Sirenum as well>

Forget mars. I need the moon a lot more. I need to find territory for the WWSETI region.
