For Immediate Release
Following the escalation of the Boreal Trench Survey Program (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=101744), the need has arisen to have more extensive surface facilities near the site. To house them, the Boreal Islands Science Administration has been given the funds to charter an offshore platform. It will be anchored on a large seamount, Poseidon Mons, only a kilometre away from the abyssal depths of the Trench.
The platform should be sizeable, with a heliport and docking facilities. Fission-powered reactors are illegal in the waters, but most other power sources are acceptable.
All interested parties are advised to contact BISA with an offer.
