I wish to announce the victor in the national elections for the Head of Council for the new Government of Perfect China.

Ginsen Ho: 25%
Gen. Song Ten-gu: 6%
Fairlyn Bao: 37%

The winner of the elections is Fairlyn Bao, who is now the Head of Council of the National Oligarchy Council of Law, the name of the main ruling body of the nation. The news was given to Fairlyn an hour ago that she had won the elections and she was sworn in in a private ceremony, I hereby relinquish my emergency powers and give full control of the National Army to Head of Council Fairlyn Bao. In the elections for the Council of Law that 38 of the 60 Members of the National Oligarchy Council of Law are from the Central Party, 15 from the Greenlove Party, 5 from the Fiscal Party, and 2 from the Veteran's Party. Now I turn the mike to the Head of Council in Shanghai, the temporary capital of Perfect China.
