Who do I talk to about regaining some deleted countries?

A while back I lost my connection in September, and since then I have been coming to the public library in the area to ensure my countries were played. I had barely missed the 14-day grace period by one day and lost nine countries... If there is a way to get them back please tell me.

Yeah. Check the FAQ, select Getting Help, choose Response to Moderator in the menu, then give the name and pass to the nation. Boom, two days later you get a message that your delivery is ready and to go pick it up.
