You and almost 20,000 other nations. Big deal.
67,260 nations are non-UN members to be exact.
In the World section of NationStates, it says that there are 98,157 nations and in the UN section of NationStates it says there are 30,897 member nations. Doing simple subtraction, that means that 67,260 nations, including myself, are non-UN members.
Hey, the UN's not for everyone. Maybe you can just take up knitting instead.
Kd
The UN is for peacefull nations who want peace and to settle world conflicts and few nations become members and its an honor if you become one.

The UN is a liberal organization, designed to dicate the world's views. Conservitive Christian nations should quit the UN. Oh and you need a spell/gramar check. You do run on sentences.
The UN is for peacefull nations who want peace and to settle world conflicts and few nations become members and its an honor if you become one.

Correction of grammar, spelling, and message:
The UN is for peaceful nations who want peace. It is also to settle world conflicts. Few nations become members and its an honor if you become one.
*This is a lie by a lieing UN delegate.*
We consider the UN to be a tool...nothing more. It's also, of course, quite...interesting to see people vying for power as regional delegate.

And I wonder how many of the 67, 260 are UN members' other countries that they can't join with, hmmm?

We chose to join the UN so that we could corrupt it with our little slice of evil. Actually, I'd say about a third of the members chose to join for this reason.

lol count on it
I tried to impart my views unto the UN and just got a whole bunch of humorless folk trying to prove me wrong. My proposal "Sterilize Uglies" is leaving the list tomorow, but the thread is right here: http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=105075
