in Moskoka it is English but the Moskokan dialect an ancient tribal language(not official) is widely spoken and you can here the dialect on some radio and TV programs

Deutsch(German) is the spoken language of Wohlstand. Highland German to be specific, the German spoken in like Berlin, and the upper part of Germany.
French, English and Wymgani (Native Ariddian).
In Kiaretiniru? Ziotaki, the native language. The "standard" language, as spoken in the media, uses South Ziota pronunciation and either classical or educated North Ziota usage. English is only spoken by a minority.
In Hleelzuuyar, the Phenqulto "dialect" (really a separate language) is used for all official functions and in the national media, although local "dialects" are often used on local radio and TV shows.
Rimelsu doesn't have a problem: the island city is small enough that all natives speak Rimelso, and most learn Phenqulto, Kigazõ (Kigazã [Hleelzuuyar] dialect), Sazgennisez (a northern dialect), Ziotaki, or English for trade. Usually more than one.
Kunggir has a national language, Kunggirak. The official dialect is not the capital dialect Ikeqqalak, but "Lipik", the archaic dialect of the deep desert.
Pinnira uses the native Pinniraki, the capital dialect Dazhniraki in particular. Pinniraki is notable for its archaic orthography that ensures that writing and pronunciation don't match (although it's better than English, more like French).

E-mail? Sounds like an interesting language. I suppose it belongs in the Degenerans Family along with 1337 and other lingos.

I speak English (duh) and fluent Spanish.
English and Greek are the official languages, but some natives of outlying areas have their own dialects of Greek.
hebrew, yiddish, and other hebrew based dialets are spoken here.
Latin is spoken across Izodia, however all of the children are taught the international languages of English & French for they seem to be the two most widely used languages.
The official language is Irish Gaelic, with Scots Gaelic and Welsh being spoken by many as well. English is known by all and is used only as a last resort. The French language is gaining ground as well.
