In semi-secret research between several nations in the United Peoples of Abraham has finally begun to bring forth fruit. For quite some time now, Raysia has been using several large weapons to protect their nation, classified as "Artilleries of Mass Effect." Historically, there have only been two types of Raysian-made weapons that fall under this classification, and they have all been pretty permanent structures, typically sporting 200ft long barrels, known as either Sky Cleaners or Sea Cleaners.

A number of Light-weight foundationless Sky Cleaners are under construction in the central military city of Raysia, Ascension. These work similarly to the Sky Cleaner Mk II, but are slightly less powerful. They still fire the same Machwave warheads, but have a decreased range (200 Miles) and a slower speed (Mach 8) and a slower firing rate (1 shell every 90 seconds). Each of these lightweight Mk III Sky Cleaners costs 7.2 Billion to make, and is able to keep balanced without a foundation by using several stablizer pads and weights.

And of course, this all begs the question, 'How the eff are these mobile?!'

Raysia is working on construction of at least 1 Super Zeppelin for this exact purpose. It is twin-Ballooned, and is 225 meters long.

The first order (I believe it was 8, at 8 Billion a piece) will be shipped to the nation of Happy Baseball Fans, along with a transport zeppelin (900 Million). These will only be available to regional members for now.
