Murushima, Naori's main shipping city, is home to fourteen million people. Seven of them chose to attack their fellow Naori today as one ship, filled with fish ready to be exported to Eredon, was sunk by a bomb that exploded by it's engine, killing seventeen people and injuring over fifty others. As soon as the blast went off, the VZ 58 Brigade, a part of the Naorian Red Army consisting of seven notorious terrorists, opened fire with the weapon for which their group is named: the deadly VZ 58 sub-machinegun. Nine more people were killed in the hail of gunfire, and many more were injured.

By time the militia had arrived, the terrorists were already gone.

The Naorian Red Army is a communist insurgency group, dedicated to overthrowing the Emperor and instituting 'Liberal Socialist Democracy'.

The ship that was destroyed, the Kagoshima, was bound for Eredon.
The Kagoshima was likely targeted for this reason, as Eredon, a capitalist nation, has been pressuring the socialist dictatorship of Genya to stop it's massacre of millions of innocent Christian children. Naori has also been opposed to this genocide.

It is almost certain that the dictator Kit Fat is behind the bombing, in league with the NRA.

Galdania fully supports the Naorian Red Army and the VZ 58 Brigade. We will attempt to provide whatever aid avaliable to them.

The RCO condemns this act of terrorism against the Naori people, and pledges to offer support the the Naori leadership in wiping out this vermin.

However, we also request that, if Naori has any firm evidence of the Usurper Ph'at's involvement, it be provided immediately. We will assist in comabtting teh terrorists, but will not attack another nation unless clear evidence is provided.

And to the leadership of Galdania, we respectfully request that you keep out of the affair. The RCO gives its promise that, unless clear evidence is presented, we will not attack another sovereign nation. If such evidence is persented, we will inform you about what steps we plan to take. However, if you do continue to assert your willingness to assist these terrorists, we will consider you to be engaging in an act of war with the Naori nation, and we will come to their defense. Moreover, we will request the assistance of our region, Armageddon, in the conflict. They are not fond of Communists, and the 97 of us are quite a match for the 13 of your comintern comrades.

Leave the area alone. Go back to protecting petty usurpers. Don't make this small flame burst into a firestorm - you will lose.

we will send Naori anti tank missile launchers, high end sniper scopes, special operations helicopters, the services of two of our reconnaissance satellites, and possibly the services of our CounterTerrorism Training College for their operatives.

We agree to nothing. If a time comes when the world changes, and events cause the conditions of the situation to change, we may have to resort to violence to protect the people of Genya, Naori, Galdania, the Comintern, and the world.

The RCO does not approve of the use of torture, and admonishes Naori to cease using such barbarism. Any evidence of Galdanian or the usurper's involvement gained by torture will not be considered by the RCO.

Galdania will not directly launch an attack on Naori; however, we do hope that the Empeor of Naori dies at the hands of the proliteriat.

The conttution states that noone may immigrate or emigrate from or to Naori. Of course, we could use a sort of 'loophole' to allow people to go to the land of Genya. Would we be authorized to take this option to allow our people to go to the Genyan capital?

The Eredron government condemns this terrorist attack, a clear assault not only upon Naori, but also a threat to Eredron. Authorized by the Consul Supreme McCallister, the Eredron Naval Task Force Alpha has left port on high alert, to maintain a defensive posture in international waters along the west coast of Eredron.

Eredron must also join with those requesting that Naori move for more freedoms within its borders; we are delighted by the progress already shown, and eagerly await further democratic development in Naori.
