[Report from NTTV News]
Today the Noitan Teppup introduces it's newest technology to reduce speeding in and around the streets of Belathzar City.
The new "No Tolerance" sceme will see the testing of their newest system to check its effectiveness in fighting the growing trend of speeding in residental areas, illegal street racers are expected to be the worst hit by this new technology.
Basically each speed camara has been fitted with a powerful minigun that tracks cars driving over the speed limit by any more then 3 mph, then the system will open fire and anihilate the offender who would be branded and buried as a criminal.
This extreem measure is expected to eliminate the crime of speeding by the year 2005 as drivers soon learn that they will loose more then points if they are caught by camaras.

Here is the system in use against a drone car set up to speed about 5 mph over the limit set in the area.
This new measure is being widely condemned by motorists as "too far" however it seems that the leadership is ignoring all of them to prove his willpower in the issue.
