Here you can show to other nations the information about the policies of your nation, and debate with others as to their policies. Mayby from here huge alterations to a countries policy will occur altering the face of the World. That is the intent.

1. Everyone over the age of 21 is entitled to vote, once for their regional representative, and once for their countrywide representative.
Clause i) Unless they are currently incarcerated in a prison or mental institution.
Clause ii) Upon release from prison these people will be granted back their right to vote.
Clause iii) Terrorists incarcerated or otherwise are not allowed a vote in either regional or national government.
2. Everyone has the right to begin their own business, or to take a job, meaning the government under no circumstances, except the below, can stop someone getting a job.
Clause i) This means everyone, aside from those encarcerated has the right to take an availiable occupation if it is given to them
Clause ii) People cannot be stopped from aquiring a job on the grounds of race, if they are a citizen of Enerica.
Clause iii) People can be refused a position at the descretion of the person offering the job, unless they are refused the job for the following reasons; race, age, another form of unrelated descrimination, such as height. A person offering the job can descriminate if he can show it will effect their ability to do the job.
Clause iv) Everyone has the right to become a member of a Trade Union, except for public services such as Police. The unions cannot hold a strike without government permission and an annoymous ballot of members.
