I get fed up when no0BS ask me how do you have war,how can i buy things hopefully this will solve a few things.This is a quick note
THE FORUM
All newbies should know that no spam will be tolorated and there will be punishments.If you post something like how do you have war post it in the right forum because the mods(moderaters)will move it,and it wastes there time so dont post things in the wrong forum.
SPAM
Spamming is where people want to boost there post ranks or just want to anoy people the punishment will be one warning any further there will be deletion.
REGION
You will always start in a pacific you can chat,debate and talk about war on the region message board,note some regions have certain people can post.
STARTING A REGION
You can start a region and get people to join.People sometimes make a region for a certain thing like war evil or just genaral talk
WORLD FACTBOOK ENTRY
All this is telling people about your region or showing updates.
There is some info in here about ns all other questions telegram me instead of people laughing at you
