We of Celciana will accept refugees from any neighboring nations and will supply food, water, and other needs to the refugees. We'll have refugee camps ready for any neighboring country currently at war. We also ask that no countries bring their battles into Celciana under any circumstances. We are a neutral nation and will only go to war if needed. If anyone needs our aid we will help in any way possible. Our military forces will be standing by to protect our nation and we will only go to war if we are attacked at any part of our nation. We will not tollerate any terror done to our population.
