The World Buddhist Federation
Greetings, my fellow sentient beings.
I am the official spokesman of the World Buddhist Federation, and have been sent forward to introduce us.
We are a gathering of peace loving countries, with few agendas except those of improving the life of our fellow human beings.
We are all members of the UN, and will use the UN to attain our goals. We feel this is the right way to go.
One of our main goals within the UN will be to outlaw unethical conversions (missionaries giving poor people food and healtcare in exchange for conversion) and to limit the organized religions.
If you desire to join us in our quest, feel free to send a telegram to the High Lama of Moralltach.
Thank you all, may you all find bliss and happiness in life.

I guess peace isn't as popular as war......

While my nation isn't exactly devoutly Buddhist, we have simular goals of peace. I wish you the best of luck with your goals and hopefully this first contact scenario will lead to having good diplomatic and trade realtions with your nation and the WBF.
May peace and prosperity be in your nation and federation!

I humbly thank you for your reply.
Yes, I would think we have things in common with the socialists in this matter. In other matters, maybe not. But that is not important. Let us all cooperate where we can, then try to solve the big issues once we have found the common ground and learned to know each other.
Peace upon your country and your family.

While we do not beleive in your faith, we beleive in peace. May God bless your peaceful intentions.
Thank you for your blessing...
Peace upon your land, and upon your family.
We are a Christian nation, mostly Baptist and Catholic.
However your peace mission is a Godly one, under my religion at least(and under yours as well), and a good one, and a righteous one, one we shall support.
I thank you for you wishes...
We have no problems cooperating with any nation of any faith, religions or politics, as long as they don't clash with our wishes for peace and our goals within the UN...

A thread with any use that you may want to see is given this seal of approval. It has only been given out one time before (and never before with such a cool image with it).
Best Wishes,
President Michael J. Smith,
President of Nanakaland

I am very grateful for your seal, President Smith, also for your well wishing. I see now that not all countries here are as bloodthirsty as it seems...
And to the Whilan Lama, I would most appreciate being at your conference.
